Expos2 will appoint a dedicated Project Manager who will be the key person responsible for ensuring that your use of Expos2 software to run your Virtual event produces outstanding results for your organization. We work with you "pre" event, training you in all aspects of the software, support you during the "live" phase of the event and work with
you "post" event to ensure your goals and objectives have been achieved. Our extensive reporting capabilities
ensure that you can accurately track the behaviour of attendees for your own use and that of your booth operators.
You will be able to see how many people attended, their profiles, what they came to see, whose booths they
attended, what they viewed and download and how long they stayed.
Our goal is to ensure that we exceed our clients expectations and that we build long and mutually rewarding
relationships.
Turnkey Event Management
Exhibitions and Events require considerable expertise and running a Virtual Event will still require many of the
critical planning elements that go into making any event successful. We have the expertise to provide

Sponsor and Exhibitor Recruitment is an important aspect of running a successful event and Expos2
has the abilities to help you attract the right group of exhibitors and sponsors which will help your
engagement with visitors and enhance the overall event experience, maximising the satisfaction and
and financial results achieved. This service can also include actually selling booths and sponsorships
on an organizers behalf.
Delegate Services are an important part of an exhibition or event, particularly when there is a speaking
program that is designed for professional development purposes. Whilst our software enables the
organizer to handle all aspects of registration, we can take over this responsibility.
A Speaking Program where the purpose of the event is to educate, either in isolation to an Exhibition
or, in unison, can be facilitated by our experienced team of educators.
Audio and Visual Production is an important capability of Expos2 software. Whilst many of our
exhibitors elect to produce their own inputs, we have the capabilities and technical team to work with
you to bring your message to life.
Customisation of Expos2 software to run your Exhibition or Event is available if required. Whilst the
majority of our clients operate within the structure of our standard package others wish to bring to life
